• Being available from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days / 7 days without any interruption. Outside of these hours, a message can be recorded, with a guarantee of being called back within 24 hours by a competent interlocutor. For emergency services, send us a message (7 days / 24h).
• Adapting the service offered to the customer’s requirements while ensuring the proper execution of the agreed services by discreet, honest, reliable and competent franchisees.
• Not discriminating against our clients because of their age, their origins, their family situation, their religion, or their nationality … and treat everyone with dignity, respect for their private life and of their privacy.
• Ensuring discretion regarding the information to which our franchisees may have access to our clients’ homes.
